What's the way to refill a c82 cartridge?

I tried in many ways, but I can't succeed in blowing in ink, it goes always
out ...
How could I refill these cartridges?

Directions are provided by this company below for the C80, although no
pictures.
I haven't refilled them myself but you may succeed in gleaning some
information that will help.
You do have a chip resetter at this point I presume.

There should be a number of websites offering detained instructions on
refilling the newer Epson inkjet cartridges. Use Google search engine
and a few words or phrases that best describe what you are looking to find.
