What's the difference between Address book and Contacts?

I have two contacts listed. Is one of them an address book, or are both of
them address books. I read an earlier message about deleting and re-adding
the Outlook contact list, but it won't let me delete either one. Now what?
 
Oh Never mind, If you read the directions exactly as printed instead of
what's in your head, It works perfectly. Senior Moment, and yes, at 61 I'm
alowed one a month!
