Can anybody tell why winqual site appears to be down for two days?
Were there any announcements?

I was told to use following mirror (?) sites when the main site appears to be offline:

asia.winqual.microsoft.com
europe.winqual.microsoft.com
americas.winqual.microsoft.com

and it worked.
