What's dw15.exe?

Hello,
I'm using Windows XP, and ZoneAlarm keeps asking me if I want dw15.exe to
access the internet. Can anyone tell me what that is and if I should
authorize it?

When you search google you get this news group response to the dw15.exe.
You have to go down a little bit to the posts on Oct 4, 2003.

Thanks to all of you.
I read the Oct. 4, 2003, response, and I was wondering what "Remember to
restore IE from the Recycle Bin once you've cleaned everything else out..."
is supposed to mean... 'restore'....?? Does it mean to just clean the RB
afterwards?

I don't know what that is all about, but "dw15.exe" is part the
Microsoft Error Reporting tool. Allowing access will do no harm, and my
help on occasion, albeit rarely.
