DW15.exe - DLL Initialization failed

I get this error message every time I shut down. I don't
know that it really causes a problem, but since it is a
complete mystery, it is a bit disconcerting. Anyone know
what this is about? (I have read that DW15.exe is part of
the MS error reporting tool.)
 
The biggest possibility is that it is part of Downloadware, which has also
been know to cause this error message. Running Ad-aware may help if it is
not listed in add/remove in the Control Panel. This page also offers some

DW.exe is also the name of an MS utility included with IE6, or as a separate
download for IE5.5. It is used for error reporting. See this article about
what it is and how to disable the error reporting.

It is also included with OfficeXP.

On another note, it could also be symptomatic of a viral infection. This
