What to do if Outlook gets accounts mixed up?

Outlook 2003 used to work great, but have been having problems recently. My
wife and I have separate e-mail accounts, but with only one ISP service. As
of late, I get all the e-mail (both hers and mine), she gets none. How do I
fix it? Help! (and thanks bunches for responding).

Sounds like you both actually reference the same mailbox on the server or
you have both accounts defined in one Outlook mail profile. You can sort
the mail with rules, remove her account from your Outlook profile (if it's
there), or set Outlook to leave a copy on the server so it's there for her
to download as well.
