what source code for background music?

what source code do I need to use to play a wav file as vackground music for
a web page made with FrontPage?
 
Why bother with the source code when you can right click on
the page, choose properties, and then on the general tab put
in the background sound.

That said, most people dislike listening to background
music. How would you like it if you have the volume cranked
up listening to an opera and then you hit a page which
blares out some screaming death metal music. It happens.

In design view, right click the page, select page properties, check background sound,
browse to the file and select it.
