Hello.
I added background music (mp3 file) to a web page by using the page
properties.
I also uploaded the mp3 file to the host server.

the music function well when preview on my computer, but doesn't function on
the web site.

The page address is http://bonnieetclyde.free.fr/humour.htm

Any Ideas ?

Correct the case of the filename in the link to match the actual case of the filename.

TheseBoots.mp3 and theseboots.mp3 are considered as two different files under the Unix/Linux OS.

The small changes that make all the difference..... Bingo!
now it works perfectly.

(generaly I make the hiperlink by browsing, but this time, since the
browsing window of frontpage (page properties) refused to show mp3 files i
had to type it manually. that was probably the source of the error. and yet,
it worked ok on the preview on my computer...)

still I ty to overcome a small detail: There is a link to a small video on
that page (which opens in WMP), The music stops when WMP opens (that's good)
but it doesn't restart when the video is ended, any ideas?)

Thanks a lot

You would have to reload the page in order to have the background sound play again.
