adding music

Hello I am using Microsoft Front Page 2003. I am having trouble adding some
of my music. I want to add music to the background but it will not let me. It
is an mp3 format and it should support it but when i go and search for it, it
does not show up. Can you help me out. I have looked for mp3 format and there
is no mp3 format but the website says that is will play mp3 format i am not
sure what to do. If you can help me out that would be GREAT!!!

Did you check out this article? You can always do it by hand if you need to:

Keep in mind, if your file is too big it's really going to slow things down.
