What`s with the XEROX folder

Hi,

What is with this XEROX folder in my Program Files? Is it
needed, can I delete it or is it one of those types that
will return over and over from each deletion?

I have this also, but mines empty.
Do you have anything in yours?
What kind of files?

it's the usual microsoft ,have a folder waiting for future
installs. just ignore it. but what fun it is cruising
through all those floders deep in the hard-drive.

Mine is empty too, I just remember reading something about
it ages ago, just can`t remember how the person got rid of
it, since I won`t be installing any Xerox stuff

The folder is installed by XP default, nothing to worry about.
