undeletable folder

i have a folder called Xerox in program files..it has zero files and one
folder the folder within is named
nwwia....it has no files...when i hold my cursor over the Xerox folder it
shows "0 files, i folder" i open it and hold mu cursor over the nwwia
folder...it show 0 files....but i cannot delete it...i get the msg, "cannot
delete nwwia: it is being used by another person or program. Close any
programs that might be using the file and try again" ....it won't delete
even after rebooting the computer....any help will be appreciated..Ronald

I would follow the directions for the avi files first
which is below the link when you go to the webpage then
follow the one that the link goes to.

Also try Safemode by hitting f8 at start up, and try
deleting it under the admin user.

Boot into Safe Mode.

Use Command line:

del /f <location>\filename
