I'm trying to do a map with clear overlays to show projections in different
areas over a 5 year period. I used PowerPoint on my first try, and it was
ok, but the print shop is saying that PowerPoint moves and there's nothing I
can do to make sure my icons are lined up. Sounds wrong to me. HELP!!!! I
need to get this done in 1 week!!! Is Front Page the ticket?

I don't think so, unless you are trying to create a web page or web site.

Hmmm.

I bet if your print shop did a little thinking the could print each ppt page output to Acrobat Distiller...I bet that would work.

Or if you have Acrobat (not the reader) you could print each page out to a pdf file.

Sounds like they are merely opening PP.
