what no sound???

hi, sound working fine on administrator but no sound at all on kids accounts.
was working fine previously, any help would be great
 
Try a System Restore to a day or so before the problem started, you
can go back up to 90 days.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

You've installed something that's buggered things up ?

System restore to before.

hi. i have a simpke question about the sound but i have no idea how to
risolve it!
i have a video clip media file that was done without music and i was trying
to put music on it from another file when i look at it. i must present it
after tomorrow and i am getting crazy how to do it! that means to open in the
same time 2 win.media files - one music and the other video and to see the
video and to hear the music.
