Mpeg-1 can be used freely, (as long as it meets the redbook specifications)
Mpeg-2 requires that you install a DVD decoder (codec) as it does NOT come
with Windows. Mpeg-4 (or later) can not be used in it's native form in
PowerPoint and you will need to convert it.
