What is Win Min

I just put together a computer for my brother, and it works fine, but on
shutdown, we are getting a message that Win Min is not responding. What is
that and how do we fix the problem?

WinMin is a popup stopper. You should try to re-install the program or
check it's settings. If it still fails install a different popup stopper
program. Do a search on the internet for a popup stopper program. There are
a few free ones out there still.
