The only servewr I am aware of is the one that echoes / is echoed by the web
forums:
msnews.microsoft.com

The server that echoed USENET groups suffered a slow and agonizing death
from neglect.

These groups are carried on many news servers besides MS.

True, but every ISP I have used "slurps" the posts from the
msnews.microsoft.com server and ;
1. Don't get them all, or
2. bugger up the ones they do get.
