What is the easiest way to copy my Outlook data from one computer.

I have tried the export to .pst file and then copying it to the other pc and
importing, but it is an extremely large file (includes deleted material,
etc.). My objective is to try to keep both computers current with the same
data. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx.
