What is the best IT resource

Hi,

I am quite new to the field of IT, and all my knowledge is bookish. Ever so often I encounter problems I have not read about in my MCSE studies, or occasionally I encounter a problem that could have been prevented with a little foresight. My question is: What is the best IT magazine, or internet resource website that I should be reading on a weekly/monthly basis to help keep me ahead of the game, and more pro-active instead of reactive?

PS I am interest in network administration
 
MS technet, support, and MSDN sites,
plus google searches will all provide
a wealth of knowledge far beyond any
book or magazine library.
