What is nigVaLE.exe and why can't I delete?

I have ZoneAlarm installed and every time I boot up it
notifies me that nigVaLE.exe is trying to access my
Internet connection (cable wideband). I usually "deny",
but even when I "Allow" I don't see any effects.

I tried to delete it from the TEMP folder but it wasn't
allowed.

Does anyone know what this program is and what it does?

Thanks,
bh

It doesn't sound good. No reputable app runs from a temp directory. Kill the
process then delete it.
