what is "jigaboo" and what does this mean??

When ever I try to startup a program a msg box comes up that says
"insufficient resources exist to complete the requested service" also,
after I restarted the computer it says something like "jigaboo ownz
you". I think its a virus, but I can't startup any programs to fix
this...PLLEEASE help!!!

You could try cleaning up the system. If you don't feel comfortable doing
these malware removal steps then by all means take it to a competent
computer repair tech who has experience with malware removal. The other
option is to , do a clean install.
