What is good CPU Temperature Monitoring Software Tool?

try Motherboard Monitor of MBM5. It may have support for your MB's
temperature chips. Just google MBM5

MBM......Mother Board Monitor can be set to show temp on the lower toolbar.
Google its a free download somewhere.
 
Some motherboards have a built in monitor for temperature & fan speed
measurement with audible warnings etc...
There are even lcd panels that fit into a spare CD drive bay & hook up to
the CPU & other fans along with temperature probes for monitoring.
I have a Q-TEC 544TC which looks nice & does what it is supposed to at a
very reasonable cost too.
Quite a choice out there really.
