What is going on???

Since yesterday, I am getting a download for SP2. I don't have auto update
on. I checked my Norton's firewall log and this is what it shows as being
downloaded,
http://au.download.windowsupdate.co..._056b2b38baf5620be85ddd58141b073bc0b06a1d.psf.
I have received no warnings or any info. Why is this happening?

Hi Helen,

Click start/run, type services.msc and click ok. Locate the Automatic
Update service, click on it. What state is it in? If the options are to stop
or restart the service, then it is indeed running.
