What is "DUMPREP 0 -k" And can I remove it?

"dumprep 0 -k" appears in misconfig.

I need to know if it is safe to remove this?

Also, if it is safe to remove, what method are best to remove it.

What did Google come up with? You can't expect others to help when you
don't help yourself.
 
yes, you can remove it from the startup list, either by clearing the check
mark which only prevents it from loading at startup, or by clearing it, and
all other past, unused startup entries by doing this,
from the run command type in
regedit
then look for these keys
[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg]
[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupfolder]
Here, all the unused items are listed , in these 2 keys. You can safely
delete those entries.
