What is Default Program to Open JPG File?

S

Sam

I have a Dell Dimension 8200 computer with windows XP Pro (SP2) installed.
I received a jpg file yesterday and when trying to open it (ran a Antivirus
scan first), a small dialog box opened with the title: Image Expert 2000 -
Dell Edition. It also had the following information. "We hope you enjoy
using your Dell Edition of Image Expert 2000 which includes a host of free
features and a 60 day period to enjoy several Premium features which are
noted with a colored asterisk.* To Begin using the product, you must first
read and accept the License Agreement shown on the following screen." There
are three buttons at the bottom of the dialog box, View Readme, Continue,
and exit. I clicked on the exit button.

Is there a way to bypass this program and use Internet Explorer to view jpg
files?? Thanks for any help, Sam.
