What happened to SHIFT+F3 to change case?

Previously in Outlook it was possible to 'invert' the case of erroneously
typed text using SHIFT+F3, e.g. if you hade inadvertently hit the dreaded
Caps Lock key and then typed 'i HATE THE cAPS lOCK KEY' by simply selecting
the whole sentence and hitting SHIFT+F3, the sentence would read 'I hate the
Caps Lock key'

This still works (in a similar fashion) in WORD.

It works as long as you have Word as the email editor.
