Upper case vs Lower case

I have a question for the experts. I can't type without looking at the
keyboard (I know I swhould be shot) anyway, after typing a few lines in
Outlook, I sometimes realized that I had left the caps lock on. There used
to be a fix for this. I would highlight all of the text and hit Shift F3 and
the text would toggle from upper to lower case or vice versa. Since SP2 was
installed here at work, the Shift F3 trick doesn't work anymore. It works
fine for Word, but not for Outlook 2002

Does anyone have a clue if somethign else would work for me?

If Word is the same version as Outlook, you can use it for your e-mail editor
then you'll have that feature available.

Click on Tools > Options > Mail Format tab, enable "Use Microsoft Word to edit
e-mail messages". Click on Apply then OK.
