There's a feature in WinWord called the Format Painter that does much the
same thing. But I recommend using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+C and
Ctrl+Shift+V for copying and pasting formats.

Word on the PC has a single Format Painter button. Select some
source-formatted text, click the button, then drag the cursor across the
destination. To be able to paste the format in several places, double-click
the button; press Esc to stop it.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Shift+C to copy the format of the
selected text, Ctrl+Shift+V to paste the format.
