What does "you are over your quota"mean?

We bought Vista and have had it now about a month. For some reason, just
starting today, I am not receiving all my emails. Could this have something
to do with having the trial version of microsoft?

It sounds like you are keeping all your email on the server, and not
deleting it after downloading.
This will fill up your email account.

Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced

either uncheck Leave messages on server
or check delete after xx days

You may have to log into your webmail account (if you have one) to delete
some of the messages.
