What does this mean?

when I boot to vista there is a notepad message open saying the
following.... what does it mean?

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

This appears to be a desktop.ini file.

Right-click your start button and click both open and open all users, browse
to the startup folder in each and see if it contains a desktop.ini file. If
there's one there, delete it.
