What does this error message mean?

"Windows Explorer:
path RNDl3rd_ad' does not exist or is not a directory"

when I update windows and it re-boots i get the message
"windows could not update file%1 to %2
and ......Windows may not start properly. run setup if
Windows does not start. Press any key"

i have no problem after that.
