What does this error mean?

I am using the beta version of Office 2007 in Access trying to use a text
box. I never had this problem in 2003. #Name?
 
"#Name" means Access doesn't recognize the spelling of the field's name.
Consider it roughly equivalent to "Huh?".

It happens all the time when someone misspells the name of a field ... in
all versions of Access.
