What does Stackoverflow mean?

What does Stackoverflow mean and how do I get rid of it popping up on my
screen when I access the Internet. I have just recently gone onto Broadband.
Would this be contributing to the problem.

Not an MS-Access question in your context. In Access, a stack overflow
usually happens when you create an array that's too large. Your question may
be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your problem. This
newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product. The
Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have misdirected you.
