what do these numbers mean?

Your IP address is critical. Anywhere you go on the net they'll know your IP. Because you cannot recieve anything unless the other party knows your IP address.

Imagine the internet in a phone network. One party dials the other. But these phones are wierd as they are one way only. When the reciever answers the sender shouts down their number, the reciever then dials the senders number and now with two lines dialed up each can talk.

Above the reciever is a server - web, mail, or any other type. Unless you tell it your IP number (like a phone number) it can't send you anything.
 
The numbers 255.225.255.0 are a subnet mask provided by DHCP as far as 192.168.0.1 that is a router assigned ip so it is internal. Go to your local area connection in your taskbar at the bottom right. Left click it and select status. Click on the support tab at the top. Thgen click on details. That should show you your ip address.
