What did I do??

I installed Vista last week, and it worked fine for a few days. Since
yesterday however I am barely able to use my computer! Firefox crashes all
the time and it's hit or miss if I will be able to get it to open. I rarely
can open Windows Mail, and Windows Defender will not work. The computer
takes forever to load and programs run very very slowly. I am unable to use
Google or Facebook as the loading time is unreal. Is there something I can
do to fix this? How can I format and do another install for Vista? If not,
how can I format and go back to my old OS?

Have you tried using System Restore to bring your system files back to
how they were before this all began?

Do you know what System Restore is?

Click the start orb, then type SYSTEM RESTORE into the "start-search"
box. Pick a date/time that is BEFORE this all began - and hope it
works.

I have tried that and it didn't work. I am going to try it again though, at
this point I'm desperate!
