What causes focus to be kept on my browser?

Hi
Does anybody know if there is any setting that I may have accidentally set
to cause my browser to remain on top. So even if I open up my mail client
the browser stays on top?

Thanks in Advance

What is your browser? Mail client? You are posting via OE....that would
answer the second question.

In the meantime:

When a window that does not have focus is updated by its program, the
default setting prevents it from becoming the foremost (top) window,
instead, it flashes in the taskbar.

HeldUp is the easiest way to stop windows from disappearing behind other

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
