http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_content.php lists and describes
hundreds of common start-up programs. That said, I recognize several of
yours:
QD Fastandsafe = Quarterdeck (now Norton/Symantec) Cleansweep Fast and Safe
Cleanup
TkBellExe = a Real Player utility
Advanced Tools Check & ccApp = Norton SystemTools/Antivirus programs
ctfmon.exe = a Creative/Soundblaster soundcard utility
desktop.ini = a Windows desktop configuration file
NvCplDaemon & NvMeidaCenter = NVida graphics card utilities
Some can be safely discontinued in msconfig; some are necessary for the
related programs to run properly. The website I cited has more information
about which is which.

For Rundll you need to know what it is running in the Command column,
But a possibility is that it is
Rundll32.exe . . bridge.dll
which is a spyware that is around and which you do *not* want.

I'd leave ctfmon - its a minor system service.
desktop.ini doesn't have business being there, uncheck those

NV means NVidia; the 'control panel' facilities probably showing as an
icon in the taskbar; media center a 'toolbar' for its related media
center - unless you use that you might as well uncheck it.

P2P Networking will be some file sharing program, like Kazaa, TkBell
sounds as if it is to do with making connection to your ISP and QD
Fast *may* be related or it may also be malware.

The others sound as if they might be things the machine's maker thought
would be good to have around. I would try unchecking things and see if
anything objects - and if so, whether it was something you want
