All Users Folder Opens on every Start Up

Hi There

I have a problem with a PC that on every start up the the "All Users" folder opens. It is so painful to have to close it every time. Here is an extract of the start up programs. The is no short cut to the folder in the windows start up folder for any of the users on the PC
