What am I doing wrong?

I have no idea what is going on with my computer i need
to reset or something... the fonts on my computer are
HUGE....some windows are small some are not the font is
all different....can i reset my setting to the way they
were when we got the computer. I call gateway and all
they tell me is that my computer is not under warranty so
they cant help me...i hope that someone can

If you use a wheel mouse, chances are you held the
control key while wheeling the wheel, which can alter
your font size. You might try holding down control key,
and wheeling it up or down, until you arrive at the font
you desire. Hope it helps.

Hi Sara,

Right click on the desktop and select properties. Flip to the 'Appearance'
tab and under the 'Font size' drop-down menu, select "Normal". OK your way
out.
