Dell techican created problem with IE6 by adding Foxfire

I do not want to use Foxfire but I needed to increase the font size on my
computer a little bit to read it so I used Microsoft's Accesssibility Wizard
to increase the font size. Sometime when wrong and my font size became huge
20 times larger than I need it. on some website it still that way. On this
question and answer board the right side has tiny print and the answers are
in huge print.

Back to my problem, not understanding what had happened except the font size
of my computer font was huge I first call Microsoft for help. They told me
since Windows was preload when I purchased the Dell computer Dell held the
license and to contact Dell. When I contacted Dell, they asked me to use
their GotoAssist feature so I let them take of my computer which at that
time they added Foxfire. I have since deleted Foxfire. My computer still has
crazy font size some large and some small and the diagnosis connection
problem tab is missing from my Tools option. Should I call Microsoft
technican support again and pay for their service? Dell created a mess but
their service is free because my computer is under warranty.

I will be notified at my hotmail address when you reply.

Your problems have nothing to do with Firefox. The Dell technician installed
Firefox to make sure the problems were not exclusive to Internet Explorer.
Go to Control Panel>Accessibility Options and turn everything OFF. It is
one of those settings that is causing the problem. Then reboot the machine.

It's called "Firefox."

The easiest way to change the font size in Internet Explorer is to
hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel. One way makes it
bigger, the other smaller.

This is a Windows standard, so it not only works in Internet Explorer,
but in most applications.

Foxfire would not create your problem
with IE...
but you may have created your own problem by deleting Foxfire.

Apps must always be *uninstalled* and should never just be deleted!
