LOL.
These are not nasty icons.
Congratulations, you have saved webpages to your computer.
By default, when you chose to save a webpage that you are viewing, the system wants to save the entire page (with graphics); so it saves the htm/html file PLUS it creates a folder with the graphic images, etc.
If you delete the htm file it will delete the folder and vice versa. They come as a pair.
Make sense?
