WGA & Windows Update

Just updating the wife's notebook, and went to Microsoft Update.

The scan actually indicated a new update was required. Clicked OK
and it downloaded and installed the new WGA component. It
identifies the update as KB892130 "Windows Genuine Advantage
Validation Tool". Appears that the ActiveX will now be a required
component to access Windows/Microsoft Update.

Not only must you download it, you must run the validation tool too.

I just did it and passed. Now that my innocence is proven, can I sue MS for
false arrest?
