It could be a wholesale product, rented out by telcos or service
providers. "Customized Service Applications" means some
assembly required. The lack of a product model number
also tends to suggest you won't find these at Walmart.

You know, some of the hardest things for me to find drivers for, off
the web are Walmart Dirt Cheap Electronics (especially cameras).
Sometimes you can find it on an obscure southeast asian manufactures
website. Not having a product model may be an indication of a walmart
electronics item.
