Welcome screen won't show

I have set up 3 accounts on XP Home Edition, 1 administrator and 2
limited ones.

When I log off -- note: *log off*, not switch users -- one of the
limited accounts, the screen goes black and I can't get back into
WinXP, unless I reboot. I don't see the Welcome screen. I have 'Use
Welcome screen' checked in Administrator | User accounts.

Can you help me?
