Hi and thanks to everyone who answer

When my PC starts up doesn't show the typical welcome screen with all users.
In spite of it I have to put a username and a password. And nowadays I can't
enter to any session because I can't write anything as username o as
password (both are inactive).

Does anybody know what can I do?

Carles,

I'm afraid you are at the point where Carey needs to give you the three
links she gives to people when a format and reinstall is needed. Some people
get upset when all she posts are those links but if you think about it she is
clearly telling you that a format and reinstall is needed. Come on Carey I
don't know the links so help me out here!

Can you give a little more info? Is the PC booting normally, do you actually
see the welcome screen? What do you see when the PC boots? More information
will help figure it out.

It's Mr. Carey Frisch.
