Welcome Screen Problem

I have this problem where after i wake the computer from the screensaver it
goes to this box to type in a username and password instead of the welcome
screen. I gone to user account options and made sure the use welcome screen
is checked but it still doesn't work.

Go to Start | Control Panel | Power options | Advanced Tab | Clear the
Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby box | Apply | Ok.

Then right click a blank are of the desktop | Properties | Screensaver Tab.
Check the settings for on resume display welcome screen.

Ok so i did as you said but it still says on resume password protect. No i do
not have any networking software on my computer.
