Weird Things Starting On Start Up

I am running XP and myu kids got some things on here that run when the
computer starts up. Where can I find the programs and what do I do to get
rid of them?
 
Hi ... If you go to the add and remove program area and select uninstall ,
How to get there >>> start >> control panel >>> add and remove programs ...
Now locate the program and highlight , click uninstall

Curious to know what this program is call ?
