Weird stuff in address bar

Hi, this may seem small, but I'm concerned it's just a
symptom of something bigger. Whenever I type something
into the adress bar without the "http://www." I get this:

http:///20%

so if I typed, "google.com" for example, instead of
getting the address "www.google.com" i get

"http:///20%google.com" and of course it doesn't go to
google. Any help?

As a start you will need to clean your OS from the
spyware. Download CWShredder from
http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe, Spybot
from http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?
lang=en&page=download and Adaware from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/. Run them while offline and in
SAFE boot mode. Delete the red entries that Spybot
displays. Reboot. Download SpywareBlaster from
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html,
install it to prevent further problems. If the problem
persists then you will need to reinstall IE.
