Weird sounds from my computer

Does anyone know how to get rid of the backround music and noise you get
everytime you turn on the sound? It interferes with my music on itunes or
when I just leave it on by mistake. The sounds sound like a foriegn radio
station. I think its picking up radio waves but i don't know how to stop it.
Can anyone help?

Crosstalk and other RF signals can be blocked with a grounded shield of some
kind. Wrap the cables in tin foil, and ground it. Separate the wires of the
radio, tv, and speakers. It could be a lot of different things.
