Weird Info Message at top of my emails

I have Outlook 2002 with SP3 installed - I've used it fine for years. All of
a sudden yesterday, I get a little message at top of emails I've sent with a
yellow-brown backround (same colors as Notes) saying something like this: I
realize its somehow Task related, but I can't figure out how or more
importantly how to get rid of it:

by Saturday January 1,4501 12:32AM
Completed Saturday January 1,4501 12:32AM
You attempted to Recall this message on Saturday January 1,4501 12:32AM
This item has been marked for delivery by Saturday January 1,4501 12:32AM
..

Anyone have any idea what might have gotten turned on, and more importantly
how I get rid of this ! Thank you.

Unfortunately no, no one has responded. I uninstalled and reinstalled
Outlook too, and that did not help either. For now, i am just living with
it.

Well, I do have CA AntiSpam, so that definitely sounds like the culprit.
However, I just went to try to update it, and it says I have the most current
version (7.0.0.40), and I still have the problem. But thanks for the lead -
I will try uninstalling CA Antispam.

After a reinstall of CA AntiSpam 2009 didn't help, I did an online support
chat with CA tech support. The tech's attitude was poor - he said "CA Anti
Spam 2009 is only supported with Outlook 2007 and beyond." (I have Outlook
2002.) I pointed out to him that the CA website says its system
requirements are Outlook 2000 and beyond. He pretty much said I was mistaken
until I sent him the link. At that point he sent me a link to what appeared
to be an internal document saying that CA AntiSpam 2009 only supports Outlook
2007.

Frankly I am not at all convinced that CA AntiSpam 2009 really isn't
supposed to work with Outlook 2002 (since the public area of the website
clearly says it should.) But after spending too much time all the way
around this, I just called CA customer service and asked for a refund of my
Anti-Spam subscription (which had basically just been renewed - I should have
suspected that right off). The customer service person gave refund with no
argument, and I uninstalled CA Anti-Spam. (btw, they have an amazingly
effective licensing system. Within minutes of me calling them, my
installation immediately told me the license was now expired and the product
would no longer work.)

I have never had too high of a regard for CA. I used the Anti-Spam product
from way back when it was a small independent product, Qurb. i grimaced
when I saw CA had acquired them, but for a few years there, it still seemed
ok. But at last, the CA modus operandi of churn and burn on the products
appeared. Though I wanted to be their customer, I basically had no choice.

I liked qurb. I've really not seen another AntiSpam program that I like as
well. I don't want a big full security suite - I already like the products I
have for those things. And I'm not a fan of the server side products, or
ones that change my email server settings (ala SpamAnilihator) or IHateSpam.
Anyone have a suggesting for a qurb like product, reasonably priced, that
works with Outlook 2002 ?

Thanks

Many people find http://spampayes.sourceforge.net/ to be effective.

Well, guess what! I have Outlook 2007 and CA Anti-spam is still causing
problems. With CA anti-spam running, I cannot set an appointment on an even
half hour or hour and once set I cannot re-open an appointment once Outlook
has done a folder sync or I have retrieved e-mail from my server. I was very
lucky to find a note on a chat room suggesting disabling the CA anti-spam. I
also have the most recent version of CA on my system.
