I am running Windows XP and Outlook 2002.
After awhile, my Outlook will stop sending and recieving new messages. I get
an error message that says outlook cannot connect with the email server. I am
able to connect to the web and access my email via my ISP's webmail so it all
but elimantes my ISP as being the problem.
I can correct this problem by re-booting my PC, opening Outlook again and
getting my new messages. After a bit, the problem happens again.
I have tried to create a new email profile but the same thing happens.
I turned off my anti virus software but the problem remains.
Anybody have any ideas? Do I need to reinstall Outlook?
